Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all areas within Jos via Odaxpress delivery partners.
Delivery Time
Same day delivery for orders placed before 5PM.
Next day delivery for orders placed after 6PM.
Deliveries are made between 10AM – 6PM, Monday to Saturday.
Delivery Fee
Delivery fee is fixed, which can be changed based on your location.
Final delivery fee is shown at checkout on Odaxpress.
Frozen Item Handling
All items are transported in proper coldchain conditions to ensure freshness and quality on arrival.

Refund Policy

The item received is wrong (not what you ordered).
The item is damaged or spoiled upon delivery.
The packaging is broken, tampered with, or leaking.

The product was not stored properly after delivery.
You changed your mind after purchase.
The product has been opened, used, or left outside for too long.
Return Window
All return complaints must be made within 1 hour of delivery. After this period, we can no longer guarantee product quality for return.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund within 24 hour.
