Delivery Time Same day delivery for orders placed before 5PM. Next day delivery for orders placed after 6PM. Deliveries are made between 10AM – 6PM, Monday to Saturday. Frozen Item Handling All items are transported in proper coldchain conditions to ensure freshness and quality on arrival. Select In-Store Pickup when placing your order on Odaxpress. You’ll be notified via WhatsApp/SMS once your order is ready for pickup. Refund Policy

The packaging is broken, tampered with, or leaking. Not Eligible for Return If The product was not stored properly after delivery. You changed your mind after purchase. The product has been opened, used, or left outside for too long. Return Window All return complaints must be made within 1 hour of delivery.
