Delivery Time Same day delivery for orders placed before 5PM. Next day delivery for orders placed after 6PM. Deliveries are made between 10AM – 6PM, Monday to Saturday. Delivery Fee Delivery fee is fixed, which can be changed based on your location. Final delivery fee is shown at checkout on Odaxpress. Frozen Item Handling All items are transported in proper coldchain conditions to ensure freshness and quality on arrival. Order Tracking You will receive updates via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is on the way. In-Store Pickup Available Prefer to pick up your order yourself? Select In-Store Pickup when placing your order on Odaxpress. You’ll be notified via WhatsApp/SMS once your order is ready for pickup. Pickup time: 8:30 AM – 8 PM, Monday to Saturday Pickup Location: Gidankifi Store Bring your order number or confirmation message for collection. Below is our return policy: Eligible for Return or Refund If The item received is wrong (not what you ordered). The item is damaged or spoiled upon delivery. The packaging is broken, tampered with, or leaking. Not Eligible for Return If The product was not stored properly after delivery. You changed your mind after purchase. The product has been opened, used, or left outside for too long. Return Window All return complaints must be made within 1 hour of delivery.
