5. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange for the same product if it was:

• Incorrectly fulfilled.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Order Cancellations

7. Delivery Failures

If a delivery fails due to:

  A second delivery attempt may be made. If unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled with partial refund after deducting delivery charges.
